Durham Brewery Benedictus - honey, bitter, velvet
I've never come across Benedictus before but Bishop's Gold was my favourite tipple for a long while in Newcastle: lemon, hoppy, strong. Latvian beers tend to be none of the above.
I have to admit I have never had a Latvian beer.
Did you squander a word there with "Timothy Taylor Landlord - amber, citrus, oranges". Oranges being a sub-type of citrus, right? :D
Citrus on the nose, oranges in the mouth.
Don't worry, you're not missing out.I'd even drink Cerna Hora here if it wasn't so damn expensive.
